About us
BOSO-WORKS was born out of a personal obsession with Japanese cars — the kind that starts with one project car and never really ends. What began as searching for parts for our own builds turned, over the years, into a proper hunt: tracking down the wheels, trim, badges, manuals and oddities that make a classic Japanese car actually complete.
Years spent finding what others can't
Sourcing parts for classic JDM cars isn't like ordering from a catalog. Half of what our customers need was never sold outside Japan, went out of production decades ago, or only shows up once in a blue moon in an auction lot or a dusty corner of a scrapyard. Over the years we've built up the contacts, the search habits and the patience to actually find that stuff — genuine wheels, NOS trim, hard-to-place badges, period-correct accessories — instead of settling for whatever's easiest to source.
What we do
We keep a rotating catalog of parts, wheels, interior and exterior trim, and collectibles for classic Japanese cars, and we run a dedicated sourcing service for anything you can't find listed: tell us what you're after — a reference, a photo, a vague description of the part you're missing — and we go looking for it.
How we work
Every listing is handled personally, from photographing the actual part to answering questions before and after a sale. We'd rather tell you a part isn't as clean as it looks in a stock photo than have you find out after it arrives. If something isn't right, we sort it out directly — no call centers, no scripts.
Why it matters to us
Classic Japanese cars and the culture around them — kyusha, VIP, wide-body, zokusha, and everything in between — deserve better than generic reproduction parts and guesswork. BOSO-WORKS exists so that the next build, restoration or lifelong project gets the real thing.
